Established in July 2019, SP Impact Fund is a 100% black owned and managed company, focused on funding, developing and supporting SMMEs in the Construction and Development Sector.
The financial support products the fund provides at preferential rates include working capital finance; purchase order finance; invoice discounting, as well as materials and supplies procurement financing.
To improve the sustainability of SMMEs, the Fund also offers non-financial support including technical, administrative and compliance support, as well as mentorship and training.
An integral part of the Fund’s strategy is aimed at fostering strategic alliances with larger established partners in the sector who provide a viable and sustainable project pipeline for its onboarded SMMEs.
The South African Forces Institute (“SAFI”) is an agency of the South African Defence Force (“SANDF”), and the South African Department of Military Veterans (“DMV”), with a mandate to look after the interests of both the SANDF and DMV members and beneficiaries.
SAFI is in partnership with Capitall to co-develop solutions with them in order to address some of the most pressing interests of their members and beneficiaries like housing, enterprise development, as well as property development and maintenance.
Metbank is a regional commercial bank originating in Zimbabwe, with a presence in several countries in the region, including South Africa. Metbank has strong partnerships with most South African State-Owned Enterprises (“SOEs”), Development Finance Institutions (“DFIs”), and Commercial Banks. Metbank has been working very closely with Capitall, as an Advisor to SAFI, on bringing products and projects to market that serve as solutions to SAFI’s challenges.

The company operates in the Building and Civil Engineering industries and is engaged as an independent contractor or in collaboration with strategic partners, in both the Public and Private sectors. In applying advanced technical and management services, the company can aid clients in creating sustainability and cost effectiveness in the projects that they undertake. Their client-centred approach is key to successful project delivery.
Magarule Civil Works and Construction has a project pipeline of more than R100m for the construction of high-end homes in various estates in and outside of Gauteng over the next 3-5 years, including but not limited to the following:
Capitall House of Companies has partnered with Magarule to provide funding and other developmental support to its sub-contractors for the above-mentioned projects.
This partnership is enabling Magarule and its subcontractors to work and obtain materials and supplies required for the above-mentioned projects with the cost effective and efficient consistency required in the construction industry.
