A highly motivated, solutions-focused thought leader who believes in getting things done, a published author and an entrepreneur, Nkuli’s work experience has a strong developmental funding thread running through it.
After leaving her first job at Alexander Forbes Western Cape as a Divisional Assistant in the Employee Benefits Division, she joined Investment South Africa, an agency of the Department of Trade and Industry (dti), as one of the executive assistants in the CEO’s office. She was soon promoted to Investment Officer responsible for promoting foreign direct investments into, and exports out of, the South African automotive sector, before being appointed as the youngest South African trade attaché at the time, first to Israel, and subsequently, to Dubai.
Nkuli later moved to Wesgro – the official Tourism, Trade and Investment promotion agency for Cape Town and the Western Cape – as executive manager, and she was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). After this she took up the position of Stakeholder and Business Development Manager in Investment Banking at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). Her responsibilities at the DBSA included economic project development and facilitation as well as funding, for which she developed an intense passion. This ultimately led to her being part of the team that started the R9 billion Jobs Fund.
After the DBSA she founded Mteule Group which specialises in the raising of capital, project development and investment structuring. Nkuli then co-founded SP Impact Fund in 2018, which specialises in the funding of construction SMMEs and, 3 years later, in 2021, she co-founded Capitall House of Companies.

In 2021 Stephen co-founded Capitall House of Companies, together with 2 other partners. As the company’s Technical Director, he is responsible for all the technical aspects of the projects the company is involved in. He also supervises all architects, quantity surveyors and engineers.
