The aim is to increase the participation of black-owned SMMEs in the wider economy. We are realising this aim through our innovative Construction SMME Funding Solutions, combined with our complementary SMME non-Financial Support.
The model is designed to ensure optimal benefit to the SMMEs by providing tailormade funding and non-financial support based on the requirements of the project at hand and the individual SMME needs.
Our approach is informed by the strategic need to eliminate the distance between us and the SMMEs we are incubating and partnering with.
To that end we provide a full suite of non-financial support such as but not limited to:

Construction Training
Through strong and well-established partnerships, the Group offers comprehensive business and accredited technical training solutions to both Construction SMMEs and their employees. The training of SMMEs is designed to transfer skills and ensure that the SMMEs are sustainable and operate optimally.

The technical training on offer at our partner Training College comprises various courses in Construction such as bricklaying, carpentry, tiling, plastering and plumbing.
